I called in to inquire about their Broker services. I asked simple questions about their deposit costs, transaction fee, etc. (very normal questions). I was met with a person who cut me off to just tell me “You can go on our website to register and read. It’s up to you to read our terms and conditions.” When I attempted to say “It should be understandable customer service to answer a few general questions for a potential customer” I was cut off again with “You can go read them, thank you have a nice day” and I was hung up on.

My homegirl purchased a 2013 Nissian Pathfinder 3rd row seat priced at around 8k on the papers but paid $4900 out the door. He was very fresh and flirty. He will lie and say it’s not him or they don’t have anyone working that does that. But it’s him and it’s only 2 desk in the office which one isn’t occupied. We were very excited to buy this car. The transmission started slipping the minute it got out on the road not even a hour drive away. When we called him he said “things happen and he cannot control those things. Car is sold as is and won’t give any money back”. Contacted him a day later his solution was come get another car and the price would be 4-5k more that would be owed. Scheduled for Monday to buy a car when I arrived he sold it to someone else and didn’t say two words to me knowing I came to buy the same car TO REPLY to your response about the license, if I am buying a cash car OUTRIGHT not financing it really doesn’t matter what happens the car after I buy it and transfer the title from your name it would now be MY CAR! whether I have a license or not! And like I said I was waiting and had cash in hand the vehicle would’ve been bought regardless you was just so money hungry and thirsty to sell you didn’t even care about professionalism. Didn’t even say anything to me just continued the sell right in my face despite the fact that I waited but it’s okay GOD will bless me with something better.
