Victory Auto Wash - Lowell

Absolute best car wash hands down! Better than any others I’ve been to in the area and a few I went to near Boston like Prestige. Came to wash undercarriage before hand wash but I no longer need to hand wash now. Honestly it got my car so clean I probably won’t hand wash in the winter again. Pricing is pretty average but the other washes won’t get your car looking nearly as clean, at least the ones I’ve been to.

This was honestly the worst car wash I’ve ever paid for. I went through the contactless wash with some fresh bird poop on my car — something that should be the easiest thing to remove — and it didn’t even come off. My car is black, and when it first came out, it looked decent only because it was still wet. But the moment it dried, it looked like I never even washed it. Complete waste of money. If a car wash can’t even handle fresh dirt and leaves your car looking just as bad as before, what’s the point? Save yourself the disappointment and skip this place.

EDIT: I spoke with business and they were extremely kind and wanted to make things right. I’ve changed my review from 2 to 5 stars. Turns out the weirdness with the car had to do with a strange coincidence with how the plastic trim reacts to a certain sealant and it’s easy correctable. I look forward to giving them my business in the future!

I would give this place 10 stars!! touch-free car wash, open 24/7 and even better customer service if you have to reach out to them. the manager (1 of 3) is amazing! I would say it is hard to miss, I have driven past it several times. I highly recommend getting a monthly package to keep your 4 wheel baby in tip top shape!
