The head of Victory GMC Service department, Michael Hernandez, was very easy to work with. He scheduled my car maintenance in advance, received me at the time of my scheduled appointment, and ensured that my oil change and tire rotation occurred in less than an hour as promised. It was a pleasure working with both his team and him at this location! I’ll definitely come back for a future car maintenance at Victory GMC in Victoria, Texas. Best - Tim Shull

Horrible is the only way to describe it. Scheduled me for an appointment approximately a week out for recall work. Upon arrival they stated they did not have the oil for them to be able to do the recall THEY scheduled me for. I had a check engine light that had came on after they scheduled the appointment so I asked them to check that since I was already here. After they checked they advised me what they found they advised me they disabled the engine and it would be the following evening if I wanted it back to drive it until they get parts in. I said no just keep it and hopefully they get the oil in while they are waiting on parts for the engine and have it all fixed at one time. Horrible service experience once again. Could not schedule an appointment over the phone because they would not answer or call back for three days. This is the second time I’ve tried to get in touch with them to get my truck serviced and had to physically walk in to get an appointment. Extremely inconvenient. Also the service personnel are not customer friendly. I’ve had such a bad experience with your service department that I sold my ‘23 Denali Ultimate pickup that I purchased from you guys new and bought another brand I will never buy from this dealership again because of how horrible the service department is.

Service manager failed to call enterprise for a vehicle and never got a rental car. Was car less for three days and issue with my vehicle was covered under power train warranty and was supposed to get a rental.

Everything was easy and straightforward from scheduling service to picking up my truck.
