Bradley was great! He made the process very easy, the loan decision was quick, and the paperwork was not lengthy. Exavier, I am sorry if I mispelled the name, was great getting my bluetooth, car doc app, and other settings set up before we left. I would definitely refer others to purchase a vehicle from Victory Honda.

I had a great experience working with Matt Arnold at Victory Honda - bought a brand new Passport. Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. While the Honda dealership in Jackson didn't have the exact color I wanted, they had my preferred color brought in within two days from their Muncie dealership. Matt helped me get everything set up in my car so that it was integrated.

This is our 3rd Honda from Victory. Their prices are in-line or better than the other Honda dealerships, but their customer service really sets them apart. Zuella and Zay went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of.
