Victory Honda of Jackson Service

I was stressed with car trouble - always am but in December - the holidays...I was on edge. The service department broke the news to me gently that my old/high mileage Honda Fit would have to retire. They introduced me to Mark Logan. Mark could tell quickly that I was stressed. He offered many options and walked me through all of them ultimately resulting in a lease. Grateful to Terry in service for easing me out of my difficult situation and for the introduction to Mark. All of my experiences with VH Jackson Service have been great. That's why I keep going back.

We had the best experience with the Jackson Service Department. Vehicle started having problems over the weekend and they were able to get us in quickly and diagnose the problem. Got our vehicle fixed up and back on the road as good as new the next day

Fuel pump recall replaced, no charge as promised. Courtesy car was available to take me anywhere I needed to go while I waited for my car. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t purchase our van here, but we brought it in to be serviced. Great experience! Easy to make an appointment online. Andrew was waiting on me when I showed up, walked out to my van, called me to communicate all suggested work. I will be continuing to use their services.

The service was very good. Andrew Overton was an exceptional service coordinator. He was patient, and explained everything well. I felt his honesty immediately.
