Pete and his crew have been phenomenal. Victory Lane represents great customer service, they treated me with respect and no pressure car sales. Other dealerships could benefit from watching this team. I would highly recommend them for any automotive purchase.

My experience with Victory Lane Auto Sales was extremely troubling. The vehicle involved in my purchase showed serious undisclosed issues, including major mechanical failure and evidence of water intrusion discovered after delivery. Even more concerning, Victory Lane Auto Sales appeared on the title as the seller of record, yet the paperwork reflected a broken chain of ownership, and I was later asked to sign a reassignment document that I refused because it did not reflect a proper or lawful transfer. After these issues were raised through formal channels, there was no meaningful response or resolution. Buyers should exercise extreme caution and carefully review all documentation before proceeding

Would have left 0 starts if Google would allow to do so. Called and inquired about a vehicle. Spoke to Hayden about setting up a time to work out the details for the car. Stated he would return my call to work through the process and haven't received a call back yet. Called the office and asked for him several times and was promised he would return my call promptly. Never returned my call and tried calling again for 2 more days in a row, as I was very interested in the vehicle for sale. Every response from the office staff keeps stating he's either not there or will return my call after finishing up with the current customer. I bought a 2010 Ram from them. Pete, Mike, and Hayden made the process as simple and easy as possible, I received a warranty on it even though it was over 200,000 miles, which I think is awesome! Next time I need a truck, I will definitely be back to see VLAS.

I stand by every comment I am about to make. The truck has cost us $20k in a year. I do not recommend this company as they only offered to take it to their shop after Jeff smith ford proved it to be un road worthy. After taking it there, they could not fix it! Sold us an unworthy truck.
