Victory Lane Quick Oil Change (Jackson, W. Parnall Rd)

I meant to write this review weeks ago. I've been going to this victory lane since the building opened. It's been through many teams in that time. I've never had a bad experience. However, the team they have right now is in a league of their own. The service is outstanding. Had a battery issue and they made sure it was made right, even staying after hours and following up. I won't take my truck anywhere else!

Worst experience getting an oil change ever! I came in on January 7th, 2026 for an oil change. I was sticker shocked when I was told it was going to be $130 for a full synthetic oil change (I pay around $80 at the Dodge dealership). I went ahead with it anyways because it needed to be done. On January 9th, 2026, I received an email from Carfax stating that my oil change had been reported and as I am reviewing the information I notice that the mileage was reported at 198,566. My car only had 94,000+ miles on it at the time so not sure why that crazy amount of miles was reported. I filed a claim with Carfax that same day to have the information corrected. This information was finally corrected on 2/6/2026. The past week I have noticed an oil smell and today physically seen the oil on the gro

They were very friendly very fast. They checked everything for free. You get a discount for the first time if you call the number. Also, they were very helpful and even checked my blinker fluid for my turn signals :)

Went and got my oil changed yesterday! Always my go to spot. The staff are amazing and are always super friendly. I highly recommend them.

They were up front about what was needed and the pricing, made sure to tell us about issues they are not qualified to address for follow up, gave us a way to access coupons, and were friendly and funny. I’d come back to this location again.
