Seamless online transaction. Price was below suggested list. Updates came regularly by email.
Confusing website, 5 parts with the same part number. I ordered the incorrect part and have been trying to return it without getting a response. I placed a new order for what looks like the right part with the same part number as the original (again, confusing) and they cancelled my order on me. Unresponsive.
I talked to some of the staff about the pricing of labor and parts. They told me one thing and when I took my vehicle in the price of the parts was more and the labor. After hearing that I told them what I was quoted and they said they would see what they could do to get the price down. They still had a high price which was hundreds of dollars more than I was told. So I called around and found a company that was cheaper and gave me a 3 year warranty compared to 12 months by the dealer 😳
