My experience with Victory Towing and the owner Robert was completely outstanding! Robert was very accommodating to our situation and was able to schedule the pick up of our vehicle at a time that was convenient for us. We felt very assured that our vehicle was secure and in safe hands with Robert and Victory Towing. Once Robert transported our vehicle to the repair shop, he sent us pictures of our vehicle in a secured location along with pictures of the key being placed in the key slot since the repair shop was closed for the day. Robert provided us with exceptional service throughout this process. I would happily recommend Victory Towing and appreciate Robert making this an excellent experience!

Robert was very friendly and timely! We were able to work our schedules out and he made things go very smoothly. I would like to mention his pricing also beat a local competitor. Highly recommend!

Gentleman that answer the phone didn’t really seem like he was really interested in towing my vehicle. There was a lady in the background that spoke way louder than the gentleman that I was speaking to you on the phone. It was quite annoying. I couldn’t understand half the things that he said, but I could understand everything that she said, and she wasn’t having the conversation with me. After all of that turns out he didn’t even have a driver at the time did not offer any solutions of any sort for anything just acted completely uninterested. I really am glad that we have such good service members in this world today

We've been members of a big-name roadside assistance company for over 50 years with no problems, but things have changed and the last couple of times we've needed them, they have really disappointed. Today they let us down big time ... in desperation I Googled tow truck services in Fayetteville and Victory was the first number I called, and I'm pretty sure it was a God-thing .... Robert was awesome and got us out of a jam! My 16-year old car is now sitting safely in our mechanic's parking lot, awaiting repairs tomorrow morning! Thank you, Robert! Outstanding service! Robert the tow driver pulled up in like 8 minutes. I was like oh my goodness! He was super nice, and professional over the phone and in person. No problems after the tow which means he cares about what he does. I recommend you use this company! Oh I almost forgot.... the price was not bad either! Thanks you for an awesome experience!
