Got charged in a bay $5.00 and some odd change, but it didn’t work…it acted as if it didn’t go through even though the charge appeared immediately on my phone. Disappointing considering you can’t even call them because their phone number is out of service

One bay doesn’t work still got charges 5 bucks on my debit card. No way to get ahold of anybody

I used a Bay to wash myself ... I'm VERY happy with the shine that my car got! But the reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is due to the amount of quarters it took me to use it - buy again my car looks beautiful!

Stopped there to run my car through the automatic drive-through wash yesterday evening. The machine where you pay had red tape all over it. The card reader was all taped up, so I assume they only accept cash. I put a twenty in the machine for an $11 deluxe wash, and no change was dispensed. There were 4 emergency numbers posted, and none of the numbers were even in service. Will never return. Convenient location, too bad it's so poorly managed.

The self service car wash is a ripoff. Make sure your use quarters and not your debit card because they will steal from you everytime. A $4.75 car wash will cost you 10 dollars.
