Walked i , and was greeted promptly. Very large display area. Staff was extremely patient and friendly with me being a novice DIY painter. Learned the shop I visited in St Charles was their main commercial site, while this one deals with a lot of walk-ins. Helped me with some mask/filter questions, answered paint questions, and indulged me with looking at my tractor paint results so far :) Would highly recommmend! I should ask if they have classes.
