I went to several places to get my Audi MMI issue diagnosed, including the dealer, and none of them were able to identify or fix the problem. After doing my own research, I found the cause, and these guys fixed it within a couple of hours for nearly half the price the dealer quoted. The staff was very caring, knowledgeable, and kind. You, reader, don’t know me, so I can’t prove to you that I’m a pretty good judge of character. Instead, I’ll write this story, and let that be proof that the people who work at this place are good people, who will help you even when they don’t profit from it. My car broke down while driving down 28. Not a great place, this is after the big snow ice event, so there was still snow blocking the shoulders. I drove the car to the nearest parking lot to get a look at whats going on. I’m not a car expert, but I could tell it was a simple splash shield issue, and didn’t need a $1000 fix. I walked to these folks seeing as they were outside helping another customer. I told them what was going on and asked if I could buy some zip ties to secure the shield. The gentleman had me come inside to get warm

I absolutely recommend this place for anyone who owns a BMW or MB! The staff here really knows their stuff when it comes to European cars, and they provide fantastic service at a fair price. Just recently, I had a bit of a rough experience at another gas station while trying to get my VA Inception done for my 2020 BMW. The guy there didn’t do the job right and even had the nerve to ask if I wanted him to fix it. I politely said no, thanks! Because they give me very high price for only changing break pad! Then I came over to this location, and I couldn’t be happier! They quoted me a fair price, got my car fixed up in no time, and made sure my VA safety inspection was all set. Such a relief! Viking auto workshop located in Chantilly VA is our family auto workshop where we take our cars for annual safety inspection to any repair needs small or large , one stop all . Amazing staff, well mannered, respectful and keep their promise time schedule to payment or charges are better then any auto workshop in the area that we have experienced over the years .
