Forest is an excellent mechanic. His service has been invaluable to me over the years that he has been tending to my car. This includes his availability in numerous emergencies, where he has resolved issues quickly and efficiently. He has been extremely resourceful and has always found the most cost-effective means of dealing with any issues. I could not be happier, and am extremely grateful that Forest has been able to look after my car for all this time.

My fuel pump went out at one of the worst possible times, in the midst of having so many obligations and things that needed to get done. I needed my vehicle back in service as soon as possible and, thankfully, Jacob was able to take a look at my vehicle much earlier than any of the other shops in town. He also got it fixed quickly and I had my ride back far sooner than would have been possible if I had taken it anywhere else other than J5. Truly grateful for the timely service and my vehicle is riding better than ever! Will definitely return for need service in the future.

I recently spent a long weekend in Taos and had my car break down right before the weekend. Out of every single auto shop I called in Taos, Jacob was the only shop that cared to see if they could get me in. Even though he was booked out, he found a bit of extra time to get my car taken care of. He was extremely fast, professional, and very well priced. He did an excellent job repairing my car. Without Jacob, I would have had to extend my stay in Taos and miss returning to work on Monday. Truly a very good shop, I highly recommend J5.
