Viking Towing

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Viking Towing for awhile and have always been impressed with their professionalism and reliability. Their team is punctual, communicates well, and handles vehicles with a high level of care. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. They have really nice trucks that are always equipped for any situation. Companies like this are hard to find these days. Highly recommended.

Today I had the worst experience one of my cars. The battery ended up dying one of the tow drugs drivers. His name was Christopher was excellent. His service was immaculate. The dude literally came and saved the day like if he was Superman the dude was very kind very respectful. He was just making sure that I was reassured that I was charging and I was fine. He made me feel very comfortable. Overall best experience great service. Definitely recommend to anybody who needs.

Car was unable to continue moving because of my rear tires, called Viking Towing and with a quick anwser had a special low profile truck come out around midnight to pick up my lowered car. Christopher our driver went and picked the special truck up asap and reached out promptly with an eta and treated my car with care. Great conversation and professionalism. Also backed his truck in our tight driveway like nothing! Easy team to work with highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again Chris!

Car was not starting and I was stuck about an hour away from home. Viking answered the call and answered beyond my expectations. The owner ran the appointment himself and was efficient, personable, and polite. I hope to not need so much towing in the future, but if I do, I sure hope I’m in range to use Viking’s services!

After two other tow companies couldn’t help us with our electric car, Viking Towing came through. Christopher was extremely professional, knew exactly what to do, and had the car jumped and loaded within about 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and very friendly service. Highly recommend!
