Villa Santa Cruz

Very neat, tidy and well-manicured housing sites. If you like to live where no blade of grass is out of place, this is your kind of mobile home park.

A friend invited me to Villa Santa Cruz to her home for a late birthday dinner. The park was very neat and her view from her house in the back is just lovely it's a wooded area with all kinds of different birds and animals. We had a wonderful time.

My dad & late mother moved to Villa Santa Cruz 55 & over mobile home park in 1991. Very well maintained (clubhouse, pool, hot tub, clubhouse bathrooms & saunas, roads, road lights). There is an RV parking lot & last I checked it is is only $35/month. If you didn't have to walk around Corcoran Lagoon, the park is only 4,000' from the beach. Residents own both the mobile home & the slip it sits on. They have never had a break, theft or vandalism. Dad's place has no mortgage & he has almost 1,500 sq ft in a community where rent on a studio apartment starts at $1,800/month. Currently his monthly fees (HOA, taxes, garbage, insurance, water) runs $700/month. I heard, at the urging from the city, the bylaws have been changed allowing residents to rent out rooms due to housing shortage. Y

Visited as a notary. Clean, quiet, nice wide roads. I enjoyed visiting.

Beautiful clean well maintained park. Plenty of guest parking.
