Bill and Chris were great to work with. Not pushy, not in your face, not trying to bull you into anything. They let the vehicles speak for themselves. I bought a 2018 Ford F-150 from Village Auto, and it was as described. It was a pleasure to buy a used truck from them. I would go back again.

Great place. Needed a vehicle and they had really good selections! They didn’t waste my time at all! I’ve never been in a dealership before where I said what I wanted, test drove it, applied for a loan, came back the next day to finish the purchase, and was in and out, paperwork signed, and keys in hand, in under 30 minutes! Shanon kept me in the loop via text and communicated well with me. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dealership.

I was particularly impressed when, after I had bought the truck and had some battery issues, Bill made sure the problem got fixed at no cost to me. I highly recommend these guys. They're honest, not trying to rip anyone off, and doing things the right way.

I recently purchased a truck and specifically asked if there was any warranty plans besides the 2 k mile one they give you. I was told there were none. Unfortunately, just a couple of weeks after the warranty expired, the transmission failed. In addition, when I got the truck home from the dealership, I checked the fluids and discovered it was three quarts low on motor oil. That raised concerns for me about whether the vehicle was properly inspected or serviced before being sold.
