I highly recommend Village Detail! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The team was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. Dan helped me set up my appointment and sent confirmation texts and reminders prior to my appointment. Rob called me to let me know that there was an additional charge for the dog fur (I work with dogs, so no surprise there!) and wanted to inform me before continuing with the interior detail. I appreciate the transparency and great communication. My car looks amazing, inside and out. Not a speck of dirt or dog hair in sight! Their attention to detail truly sets them apart. Horrible and not trustworthy, would give 0 stars if that was an option. I had to send multiple emails for a refund after he did not complete the work on my vehicle that was promised to be complete. Once I finally received an email back, Dan lied about the refund and it was never received. I now have to work with my credit card company to get this resolved. Scam artist at its finest

I had an appointment at 9am and they told me about 4 hours. I thought that was a little long but ok whatever I’ll go walk Acton. I come back 2.5 hours later and they hadn’t even started working on my car. I’m not trying to bash a small business but this was very very annoying. I’m sure when it’s done it will be great work but this late start is ridiculous.
