I purchased a car on March 2 2022. Which I’m not able to drive do to VERY BAD SERVICE FROM MY SALESMAN SHAWN RITTER JR. they sold me a car that supposed to be inspected but wasn’t. They then had my car for going on two weeks. I will never recommend this dealership ship to anyone there locations is Sheehy Toyota Laurel Maryland. The most hurtful part is I have to keep calling EVERYDAY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY CAR. This has been the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I should have went back to Koons were I received top notch service…..

New 2016 Nissan Versa purchased in September 2016 - contacted the Mechanicsville dealer 5 times due to the car wouldn't start; been in the shop 3 times, once it was there 1 month. Now it won't start again and the service manager referred me to a company to have the car towed to a dealer 50 miles away. I suppose he thinks I will hitch-hike to the dealer to get a loaner. Also, told me to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs to see if they could help. Great customer service, Mechanicsville Toyota. Tried to contact Mr. Sheehy to no avail.

I bought a 2013 Ford Focus from a dealer back home. After trying Jerry's and Ourisman, I tried Sheehy. While the other two were rude, Sheehy wasn't. They weren't exactly competent either. I've have nothing but issues with the Focus. That's on Ford. Ford doesn't seem to want to do anything about it. What I have an issue with is the lack of follow up, from the dealer AND Lisa in customer relations. I haven't heard from her. I paid $337 to fix an issue with my transmission. The code said crankshaft position sensor. The transmission was under warranty. That's important. I was flying out of town, so I told them I'll be back on Monday. I was told it would be ready. It wasn't. I was give. A $100 credit to use in service. I do routine maintenance myself, so who knows if it would get used. I bro

I was sold a used car from your White Marsh Location on 8/2016. I was never offered to purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle. Now the car needs a new transmission and the GM or the Used Car Sales Department wants anything to do with the vehicle. I am now stuck with no car, a 4500.00 bill for a new transmissionand no resolve to this matter. I had considered purchasing another vehicle from Sheehy in the future, but after the poor handling of this situation, that won't happen. The carfax I was provided with at the time of purchase didn't indicate any such issues and I was never provided an inspection report after the vehicle was inspected. I am deeply disappointed in the handling of this matter. After this situation, I advise against anyone buying any car from Sheehy.

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas had absolutely terrible service and give me the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I inquired about a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 LTZ. As soon as I got there the salesman took my husband and I straight into his office to talk prices without even showing us the vehicle. He immediately tried to get our car info for a trade in again, without showing us the truck. THEY RAN OUR CREDIT THROUGH 4 DIFFERENT BANKS WITHOUT ASKING US FIRST! We took the truck with their promise that we could try it out for 3 days then return it if we were not please. Took it to our family mechanic and it turned out this car had been wrecked and fixed up and it was NEVER disclosed to us. Even the Carfax was they showed us was clean".
