I walked in today asking to get my tire balance that was still on my vehicle.He then tells me he has bad news for me .....the drive side front caliper is seized (same tire I needed balance)....I just realized this at pep boys when i stop there trying to get it balanced.....I told him I just found out that I could fix it when i got home. He proceeded then to tell me that there's no fixing it that I need a new one 🤦🏻‍♂️🤯..... I then had to pause for a moment and compose myself before I spoke. My car was overheating and the guy at Advance Auto recommended Vinnie. He found the problem immediately (which made me feel kind of stupid, but that's why he's the mechanic), but in making sure there wasn't another reason for overheating, he discovered another issue with an oil sensor. I also had him fix the fan for the cabin heating and cooling. The price was very reasonable considering what was done, and he showed me the parts that came off of the car so you can see he's not making up problems to inflate the bill. He was very responsive to my questions and answered the phone when I called. I really feel like I can trust this place and would recommend it to anyone in the area with car issues.

Vinnie's is great. I feel like they are very honest and do good work. I would definitely recommend them. I have never felt pressured and they never try to sell you extra junk.

I recently had Vinny replace a wheel bearing for me he gave me my car back in very very bad shape. He obviously had done something wrong and made a mistake. I called him in very calmly asked him to rectify the situation to repair the car and he screamed at me called me all kinds of profanities and hung up the phone on me. I've never been treated more poorly as a customer or wasted more money at a car shop I do not recommend going to this man as he will become irate if you ask him to fix something that he did wrong.
