Vinton Car Connection

purchased a 2014 Nissan Xterra on February 6, 2026. Because I was snowed/iced in they drove the car to my house so I could test drive it. . . Finally able to get driveway cleared - my mechanic checked it out - found one possible issue and Connection replaced that belt. I am VERY happy with the customer service and the quality of the vehicle. At this point I would DEFINITLY recommend them. VERY HAPPY customer - thank you Jay and Daniel

Had a great experience buying my truck from Vinton Car Connection! From the first phone call to the last handshake out the door the experience was great. Staff were all friendly, professional, and very helpful. Next time you’re in the market for a car, truck, or SUV give them a shot! I’d just about bet you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped in to check out some vehicles for my daughter. The guy that came out was not friendly and rude. Tried asking a few questions about a couple of vehicles and he could've cared less if he got my business or not. The attitude, short answers, and the overall experience was terrible. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on potential customers trying to ask for information. 10/10 would not recommend based on my experience with him.

Bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5 with 65k miles on it from them, not only were they rude but knew something was wrong with the car and still sold it to me without saying anything. Within 2 months I was told I needed a new transmission and couldn’t drive my new car. When I reached out to them they said there was nothing they could do. Very sad and disappointing experience for me.

These guys are great! I’ve purchased plenty of vehicles but this is the first time I’ve felt a used dealership wasn’t trying to get over on my. I highly recommend Vinton Car Connection! I love my new BMW!!
