I was able to get a reasonably priced replacement amplifier for my 2013 Subaru from VIP. Armando was very responsive helping me figure out if it was worth the trip to their location to buy it. He let me test it in my Outback before paying for it too. It works fine now and I'm very pleased to have my sound system working again now, instead of waiting a very long time for sourcing a new replacement from the manufacturer.

It is good to go to a business and deal with the owner himself. Armando is his name. Great customer service and his prices are excellent. He can find any Subaru part. No better place to find used parts for your Subaru in souther California. Thank you Armando. Keep up the good work. West.

Armando is super helpful. Even if he doesn’t have an item, he has always tried to help. I needed a rare transmission and if it wasn’t for him I could have bought the wrong model. I will continue to go their for all Subaru parts. As far as pricing, some people don’t realize the cost of parts. If you think the price is too high, talk to him. He’s not going to give stuff for free but he has worked with me in the past. Also some people don’t understand his demeanor. He is a quiet, reserved person. Don’t mistake this for indifference.
