VIP Smog

I came in asking for a smog and they were so generous to give me an awesome price and they were beyond fair. More specifically, Andrew he mentioned to me that he’s going to plug in the car and double check if the monitors are ready prior to doing the inspection to make sure that it was going to pass before paying anything. Nevertheless, he was honest, informative, and beyond fair. I’m definitely coming back and recommending more people.. Thank you so much guys.

As a first timer, I was surprised to have such a pleasant and unique experience! Mel was highly recommended to me, I wasn’t able to be seen on a late Monday, however, Friday morning I was attended immediately, was greeted kindly, was walked through the whole process, and had pleasant conversation with Mel! I needed a place to smog my 30' Class A motorhome in the Palmdale area and saw VIP Smog's ads specifically state they do motorhomes. I arrived in the morning and found no one else ahead of me. Andrew was quick to greet me and a pleasure to work with. He explained the process clearly and got right to work. I was done in 20 minutes and will be returning to this location in two years !
