Great service! We broke down while out of town the Sunday before Christmas. We got towed here because it was the closest shop, which turned out to be great luck. Cameron and team took care of us quickly, getting us prioritized and getting us repaired by Monday afternoon. They were great at keeping me informed and giving us a fair deal. Thank you VIP!
6 of us waiting for different services from VIP this morning at 8 AM. What a quiet group of customers! Darin ordered snow tires for my Hyundai after explaining the difference between all season all weather and winter tires. He even has tire size numbers memorized!!! Ellen is as always professional, Courteous n Knowledgeable so Nice to have a woman working at VIP kudos to you, Ellen! Thank you again for prompt service. The BEST service I have experienced in I don’t know how long. Just pleasant, friendly professionals who took great care of us when our rental had a flat and brought our vacation to a halt. They were sympathetic and fast, getting us back to enjoying Maine. If needed, they are the ones you want to go to.
Took my SUV in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, as I had vibration that the other place I bought the tires from couldn't seem to get rid of. The tech found that the rims had a lot of weight on them that they didn't need and corrected the problem. Did the oil change and even topped off the coolant level. The tech went above what he actually needed to do. Will be back here for new tires for another vehicle in the spring. They did a nice job!
Phenomenal experience with them, caliper froze on me and I talked to them about the problem and what was happening and they thoroughly explained it very impressed and happy with service. Drove it after and had Zero problems and no sounds after they replaced 2 rotors, brake pads and caliper replacement highly recommend this place will come back again. Very nice professional parts for my car and phenomenal price very impressed 😊😊
