I had to bring my car to weirs for diagnostics since the dealership I bought it from didn't have the proper scan tools. Chandler was so helpful! They diagnosed what I needed and sent me the list of parts. Kept in touch the whole time through text message. Even after I told them I was actually going to get the work done at Marc Motors since I bought it from them (due to them paying for the repairs) they offered to sell the parts I needed to them so I could have my car back sooner. 10/10 would recommend them a million times over!

Worked with Martin on a deal for a used truck last week. He was professional, easy to talk to and very willing to listen. The dealership offered me what I felt was a fair value for my trade in, and my overall experience was very positive. I didn't end up buying the truck as it was just missing a few features I am looking for, but I would recommend this dealership, and Martin specifically, for any vehicle on their lot you may be interested in.

Weirs has been my go to car dealer for years now. After all these years of coming to Weirs, I felt inclined to write a review after my most recent experiences with the service department. Nowadays it feels like it is impossible to get your vehicle serviced. As a household with multiple different vehicle brands, we get to see the staggering difference between dealers. Most recently I needed to have my RAM serviced, and chose to go to the RAM dealer. My simple oil change took 3 weeks to be seen. Could I have been seen earlier, sure, but it would have required me to visit their express service at 7:30am and stay until it was my turn… not ideal for someone with a hectic schedule. After realizing I needed new tires, the same dealer quoted me another 3 weeks to get back in and install the tires.
