Had to use a jump pack to start my car last 2 mornings, I called to make an appointment to replace my battery and they took me right away! They checked my battery and it was time to replace it, they did it quickly and professionally also did a oil change for me, PERFECT! I will be going back for tires soon!

Absolutely the worst place Iv ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Lied to me about the price of a break job on my sti. Added 1,100$ to the quote and had my car for nearly the full 2 hours they said it would take. Didn’t even do the job stated “wrong parts” which is a lie. They failed to properly secure my pad in my caliper and it came 3/4 of the way out on my drive down the highway. They will not pay for the damages and have accepted no responsibility. Do not bring your car here

I felt much more at ease that they could not find an issue that I was told by a previous dealership. And was given advice on one part of my vehicle that does need repairs. I'm very pleased with the outcome and all I needed was an oil filter in oil change there was no leak.

Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. I could tell immediately that everyone knew their jobs and were skilled. I mostly appreciated them going the extra mile in troubleshooting a lamp issue. I will certainly recommend this shop to my coworkers and friends.

Purchased 4 tires and an alignment. I only received an after profile of the alignment and not a before which makes it impossible to determine how much of an adjustment occurred. Person at desk said they forgot to print before picture. Went back the next day and asked for the before specs and was told they had no stored memory of the alignment and couldn’t produce a copy. And honest shop always gives you a before and after. There was no evidence of the jam nut on the tie rod being loosened. It was still sealed against the tie rod from when the vehicle was rust proofed.
