VIP Tires & Service

I needed new tires before going on a trip and Gary at VIP made it easy. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The website was easy to use, I found a set of tires at a great price and they got me in quickly for a last minute appointment. Now I have piece of mind on the road. Highly satisfied, great customer service!

Came in for an inspection. They were very friendly, helpful, communicated well, and did a great job explaining (and showing) failure areas. They also advised on recommended maintenance, provided a quote, but weren't pushy about any of it. And the military discount for inspection (free!), is honestly too generous. Of course I'll be back.

I can’t say enough good things about VIP Tires. I was truly in a bind with two young kids in the car, trying to get home on a Sunday, with a snowstorm about to hit. I called last minute not expecting much and they stepped up in a huge way. Austin, Chris and Gary quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly and worked overtime to get my car repaired and safe to drive before the weather turned. They were professional, calm and genuinely cared about getting my family back on the road safely.

Outstanding service, bonus points given the timing I came across VIP while taking the family to Vermont. We got a flat tire an hour away from our destination, on a Saturday, after everything was closed. They are open on Sundays (huge plus), handled everything immediately, and couldn't have been more communicative. If we had them where I lived full time, I'd use them whenever possible. 6 out of 5 stars.

Richard and the team took great care of me late on a Sunday. I was traveling through Rutland when a tire went out. They quickly installed 4 new tires and I was able to get back on the road. Thank you VIP Rutland.
