Shopped around for tires and this was one of four places I checked. The price was not the lowest out of the four but just above. What made me decide on this place was the customer service. Tim was very helpful and honest. I did my own review reading on all the tires I was looking at and he stayed true to the customer. He never pushed any services on me and was a pleasure to have work on my vehicle. The team out back did a great job servicing my 2023 VW Tiguan. Tim even went on to save me more money by telling me about a rebate to get the most of my purchase. Thank you Tim! I’ll be back soon.

I purchased a 2018 Volvo XC 90, Registered it in New Hampshire and took it to VIP for the required inspection. I have to say staff was excellent. They were very polite very knowledgeable and very accommodating. I could look through a Glass petition and Watch what was going on in the repair center. It was probably the best inspection I’ve ever had on a vehicle. Professionals to the core I would have no problem bringing any vehicle into Into their shop for a needed repair. Kudos to the staff. You’re all 15 stars out of 10. To management, give them all a raise.

The team was very helpful, trade knowledgeable and practical in their suggestions of what needed repaired, what could wait, and what I should watch for. Fair pricing, not gouging my budget. I will go to them routinely now in lieu of the dealership.

I needed an oil change since I'll be doing some decent milage the next couple weeks, and wasn't able to make it to my regular mechanic. (My vehicle was overdue for one.) Called on a Sunday, and they were able to squeeze me in that day. I sat in the waiting area while they took care of it. It was quick, the gentleman I spoke to was nice, and professional. I have zero complaints.
