Rarely do I submit surveys, but when it's warranted, I will take the time to express my satisfaction or dissatisfaction. I can honestly say, "Vision Auto Graphics & Collision" of Fredericksburg is one of best auto collision shop that I have ever gone to. Wayne the Service Representative, Jason the Paint Technician and Staff were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and the exterior/interior facility was clean. Last week, they serviced my Mercedes Benz. As of today, my car aesthetic looks great and runs well. They did an excellent job with the repairs and painting. The folks there did a fantastic job restoring my car after an accident. They were very quick and thorough. Wayne was courteous and very helpful, even when dealing with insurance nonsense. VERY highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired.

I want to thank Vision Auto recently did an amazing job repairing my back bumper. I was skeptical at first for them to match the paint job coming out two different shades, but once I picked it up I was ecstatic and it was precised. I will be reaching out for more repairs in the future I definitely recommend. Attached photos before repairs whole bumper was cracked, scuffed and out of place. After looks Brand New again.👍

I've used them for 4 vehicles of customers so far.. just waiting on a check to make my personal one the 5th! Their paint work and matching skills will leave you feeling like nothing was ever damaged, top notch work! Great guys! Can't say anything bad about my experiences with them.. I included pics of a 2019 challenger in red that they did some dead panels on for me, was a flare and fender and the bumper.. the flare im holding up was fresh painted VS old fender... and the fender vs door pic was new fender vs old door and then one complete.. thats no blend at all.. just them using an old part to match it for me. Visions did great work, communicated updates weekly, and most importantly, they got my vehicle done on time! Steve worked with insurance very step of the way to get everything covered- I didn’t have to do a thing. This is my second time using visions and they did not disappoint!
