Vista Palms Car Wash & Professional Detail Center

I went to this car wash on February 20 of 2026 at approximately 1030 A.M. I chose the $31.99 wash with tax. It came out to $35 and I left a five dollar tip As far is the car wash goes. I’m disappointed because the rims were not completely washed the doors or not wipe down In fact, my doors are still dirty. The in boards of my Door are still dirty. You’re still mud scuffles on my doors and door inboards So I have to say for $40. I thought I will get a better wash. I hope everyone gets a better service then what I received

Took my MIL car in for a good detail since This place has been around b4 me lol. Called before to see if we needed an appointment and they said no just to make sure to give them enough time to do the deatail. Pricing depend on size of vehicle and what you want done. I asked for mostly inside detail since my in laws are older and spilled stuff on dash and it was sticky. They detailed the inside and did a basic outside detail as well. The guy taking care of us did an amazing job with his team. Had the suv looking brand new. Since it was pretty dirty and an SUV we got charged $400 which i thought was all high in price. Yes they did amazing but it was a small SUV.

I recently tried a car wash service for the first time and chose an econo-wash, expecting a basic but thorough cleaning. However, the service felt rushed, and there were still visible stains on the exterior. The interior also wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned well. I’m now looking for a place that offers better value and attention to detail.

Do not take your car to this establishment. I wish there was a zero star available. They ruin your car and then blame you for the damage. We have been taking our regular day to day cars here to get them washed for years, so it was a no-brainer to take our Corvette to them to get it detailed. BIG MISTAKE! Took the car in for a $300.00 detail job, and the results and treatment afterward were horrible and very, very unprofessional. We went to pick up the car, and the front was facing the wall, so obviously, the back and sides were visible but not the front. Brought the car home that evening only to discover that a BIG chunk of paint had been buffed off of the bumper (pictures). YOU CAN'T MISS IT ON A BRIGHT RED CAR. Fast forward to the following day. 0 stars is not low enough Don't use this place ever . I paid for the premium wash 31.99 car was still dirty, rim dirty, something sticky was left no my car AFTER they "wash" it that was no on it before.then they broke my phone holder. Look me in face and smirk said did you see him do it
