I took my brand new ride over there for a lift and new set of tires. I worked with Gabe and Anthony and they were both super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Alex and Anthony are the best in the Tire game. If you’re looking for the best spot for your car or truck, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Got the Michelin Pilot Sports 4S on my Tesla Model 3 and they answered every single question I had, and beat everyone else. Amazing customer service. Went to Tire Pros in Vista at the last minute this morning because my back passenger tire was quickly deflating and going flat. I had bought all 4 new tires there a year ago. I did not have an appointment this morning. I was greeted quickly by several friendly employees. They got my jeep in right away and come to find out I had a large screw in 1 back tire and nails in my other back tire. They plugged the holes and rotated my tires quickly and efficiently. The customer service was just as great! I highly recommend that if you're ever in need for any tire service, brake service or alignment that you give them a go!

Went in to check prices on tires, cashier saw me didn’t say anything I was waiting patiently since he was talking to another worker mean while I was looking around was there for 10 minutes didn’t bother to ask if I needed help so I just left,customer service was horrible.
