Visual Perfection: Detailing/ Ceramic Coating

I had such a great experience getting my car detailed here! Jamie and his team were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. They did an amazing job. My car looks brand new again. I really appreciated that they pointed out a few extra services my car needed. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. Usually the washes are worth every penny but this time around for my 2022 dodge challenger there were a lot of things missed. I got the express detail package which was $132 but the middle console was still left with marks, dirt, and some kind of white mark. The windows still have smer marks on the inside. I understand this isn’t the top package but I expected a little more detail. Really bummed out about this. —update: they handled this with the most professionalism and the car is in the best shape I’ve seen it in since I got it. Windows are streak free, middle console is perfect and they even washed the car back down. Thank you guys for everything and I will definitely be back

When we first arrived to pick up our vehicle, we noticed minor spots that had been missed. We brought this to Emily’s attention and she was very willing to make it right. We originally were going to leave it to be touched up the next day but we received a call from Emily letting us know it would be ready in 30 minutes. We were very pleased with the results when we went back to pick up the car. Emily was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we got the result that we paid for.
