Basically, they sold me a lemon. I bought a used car from them (100k miles) and it started having cooling problems after only 2 months of driving (ie 1 month after end of warranty). I had to change the bulk of the cooling system, plus other things, circa $4k at another garage (would have been $7+k at Viti). I blame myself for being so stupid and buying a used car from Viti. In my experience, they simply cannot be trusted. Hopefully they are better with new cars! One thing is for sure, they will never get another dollar from me. And I will make sure to tell this story to the many luxury car buyers around me.

The BEST service all around!! Nelson and the service team took care of us in the fastest manner. We were on our way to Newport and got a rip in our tire, came off the exit straight into the service area on a Friday afternoon right at their closing time. We so appreciate your help and kindness!
