I’ve had an extremely poor experience with sales and management. I wanted to order large package order and was told by the salesman that ordering through him would allow him to help expedite shipping. That’s where trouble began. He wouldn’t reply when I began to reach out and let him know I hadn’t received any tracking info. After having to have another salesperson help me (Travis) whom was the most pleasant and helpful and an asset to that company, my order finally arrived and was missing parts. I then began the phone game and not getting any responses. Once again having to use Travis to fix someone else issue. Lastly a manager finally stepped in to help and claimed that I’d receive tracking info the next day as well as expedited shipping to make up for the missing parts. I spent another

Travis Williams @VividRacing was incredible to work with. I was trying to track down OEM coolant for my Jaguar F-type S, which was nearly impossible to find anywhere. Somehow, he managed to locate it and get it shipped within just a few days. RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS NO LESS! That kind of effort didn’t go unnoticed. While the start of my experience with Vivid Racing’s customer support wasn’t the best I eventually got connected with Alan who was beyond knowledgeable and patient with me. He was always available via phone call or email and provided clear and accurate information throughout the whole process. As someone who is new to the modifying world it can be a daunting and nerve wracking experience and he helped calm my nerves and gave me additional information not even related to my order when I asked. If I could purchase all of my parts from him I would! The parts arrived in secure and protected packaging and arrived faster than anything I’ve ordered from other companies in the past.
