V&L Mobile Inspection: Cars, Trucks, and buses

I had my food truck done today and I have to say the service was fast and dependable. Very nice guy. He comes to you which was a major convience. I would certainly recommend this company.

Not the best customer service, but the guy was nice enough to pass the inspection even though there were minor issues. They were also open on Memorial Day with no wait. And they spent maybe 10 minutes per customer. Very fast. No wait. Even on a holiday

Needed to do an inspection for new Tesla I bought. Called them on the phone to confirm that they'd be able to do it. Guy said that would be no problem on the phone. I drove over, and the guy doing inspections asked me to wait ~20 mins to finish another inspection he was doing. Once the previous car was done, I pulled in, only to be told the guy doesn't do Tesla inspections. Between the drive and waiting here, this was a complete waste of an hour of my time, despite telling them ahead of time on the phone that it's a Tesla. To add insult to injury, next place I called said the inspection is identical for EV, minus the emissions test, so really there is no good reason why they don't do Teslas or why they weren't able to tell me this over the phone.

So unprofessional. So rude. Just ridiculous. The big black man on the far right side of the auto shop is the rudest man I’ve ever met. Refused to inspect my car and wouldn’t give me an explanation as to why. He kept pointing to a wall full of paper and when I asked him to clarify or at least indicate whose paper he was referring to he told me it’s not his fault I dont wear glasses. He was extremely rude, clearly doesn’t want to get paid, and I will never go back. Hope this review saves you all a waste of a visit.

Was next door at the muffler place and they freaking rock. Shout out to the young kid that worked on my wife's car. It's like brand new and he was super reasonable on the price. Will go back to them
