I had an amazing experience with VLZ Elite Concepts. My car was there for a couple of weeks, and the team truly went above and beyond. They stayed late and even worked overtime so I wouldn’t have to keep paying for an insanely expensive rental, which meant a lot to me. The communication was great, the turnaround was faster than expected, and when I picked up my car it was detailed and looked fantastic. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Great service, great people, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

VLZ installed an under glow kit on my car. The communication was excellent through email and texts which I appreciated because I don't always have the time to talk on the phone while at work. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

I brought my truck in after an accident and it was having to go through two different insurances. But the VLZ team was patient with me and even helped me out through the process of the whole insurance process… in the end the team was amazing. They had the best communication and kept me up with every step of the way. They were clear and consistent with everything happening. And made me feel at ease that everything was going to be okay.
