took my car to Volkswagen Naples for an oil change last Friday and had a great experience from start to finish. I arrived very early and chose to stay in the waiting area, even though they offer a free Uber if needed, which is a nice option to have. Although I went in for multiple service items, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. The employee who checked me in took the time to clearly explain what would be done as part of the service, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was the transparency. Once received the parts were installed. The truly exceptional thing is the technician’s video outlining the work and how it was done including a whole vehicle inspection. VW makes a great product. Annual maintenance is usually pain free. Disappointed when the car has ten thousand miles and they make suggestions for an additional service which to me feels like a wallet flush. I’ve owned at least 55 new cars I’m not an inexperienced owner.
