I am incredibly pleased with my experience at VW Old Saybrook. Once I submitted a request online to view a vehicle, someone contacted me swiftly, and they were able to schedule me in for a test drive the following day. Everyone at this business is helpful, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. I fell in love with a Tiguan, and needed to trade-in a Jeep that I had leased from another business. There were some complications with my previous lease with the Jeep, and Sam P was very helpful. I was a bit stressed with this issue, however Sam eased my mind, explained step-by-step what I needed to do to end my lease, and I left the dealership feeling confident. Flexible with appointments. They give you a video inspection of your car so you can see what work needs to be done. They let you choose what you want fixed and keep a record, so you can schedule them at your convenience. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend them.

They had my wipers in stock and had someone install them right away without an appointment. Great service!
