Took my wife’s 2019 Tiguan to this dealer due to the turbo charger failing. They replaced the turbo for $2300, just labor. The car was just outside warranty but vw covered the new turbo as vw is in lawsuits for their turbos at this time, which was nice. Otherwise it would be over $3000. When we picked up the car, I noticed it was sluggish. After a few days the engine light came back on showing turbo issues, again. Took it back to dealer and they said it was the cable to the turbo. This time they covered the cable but not the $630 labor. I asked if the cable was always the issue. They said the waist gate had seized on the original turbo so it wasn’t the cable the first time. So I said it sounds like you damaged the cable when you replaced the turbo, but of course they said the

Erik was super communicative, and when my vehicle wasn't fixed on time was kind enough to provide vouchers for rideshare. Got my wheels refinished which look great, and a fuel line rattle (mostly) fixed. No hassle with the warranty claims.

This place has always done right by me... since 2018 when I bought my Tiguan, and a few days later my Jetta... everything I come for service or even questions they always help out.. Marco in service and Steven on sales will go to War for you!!... today I'm interested trying to spend my hard Earned money on a new Atlas.. and sure enough Steven is doing his thing again!!! Amazing experience; they definitely have my loyalty. They had the parts I needed in stock and it was cheaper than going to a chain auto parts store. The Parts Department folks were super helpful and friendly. Will, one of the service advisors, was awesome; he was very friendly and took the time to help me even though it was right when they closed.

Worst place to get your car serviced. I took my car with the problem they couldn't find the problem and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car. After replacing the fuel pump the car had the same exact problem. They said they have to replace the fuel sensor and they were charging 4 hours for replacing the sensor that every book calls for 1.7 hours. They were still not sure that would fix the problem. After sending a $1200 repair bill my car was not fixed and it still had the same exact problem.
