Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia Service Department

I own a certified pre-owned Volvo XC60, and they gave me a car with a heated seat issue. Initially, it was confusing, but I knew I’d take it in for service in two months, so I didn’t mind much. I dropped it off, expecting it to be there for just a day, and was relieved to get a courtesy car, which was a nice touch. However, the next day, I received a call saying they couldn’t find the parts for the heated seat problem and that it would take up to seven days. They offered to keep the loaner car until it was fixed, which I appreciated. After a week, I called again, and they said it would take two more days. Those two days turned into two weeks, which was incredibly frustrating. I tried to stay calm because I dislike going back and forth, but it was hard not to feel annoyed. Finally, after

After being treated like an inconvenience and taken as a fool at another dealership in town (so nice they named it twice), I was blown away at how low-stress and accommodating Mall of Georgia Volvo service was. The scheduling folks and Michael had me reassured from the beginning that I’d be taken care of. The inspection video that Dinu sent was a fantastic touch. It’s really nice to hear directly from the tech who worked on your car, instead of having a service advisor intentionally act as a barrier between you and the work being done on your vehicle (as I’ve experienced at that other dealership). But Tyler really went the extra mile and took care of me! He went above and beyond for me even though I wasn’t his client originally. (Absolutely no fault of Michael’s- it was his day off.) Anyo

This review is long overdue, since I always have a good experience when coming here. Michael Kelly from service is always there to help when my car was facing engine trouble, and since working on oil consumption work my car has had no issues. I like whenever they service your car they send you a detailed video inspection where you can see what they’re doing and why. They are always friendly, and always give the best service and care about the health of your car. I definitely recommend this as your primary Volvo dealer

The department is efficiently run by an incredibly pleasant, professional, and reliable staff. We have had no problems arranging for a loaner car when needed, and we always appreciate their clear and prompt communication throughout the service process. Michael Kelly, in particular, has been extremely helpful on numerous occasions, even assisting us as we navigated a somewhat complication situation directly with the Volvo corporate office. It’s a comfort to know that we have a capable team at Volvo Mall of Georgia to help safely maintain our vehicles.
