I came in today to replace a seized-up clutch assembly on the alternator on my wife's Volvo. They did not carry the part. They also did not carry any Volvo-specific tools, like the small spline wrench required for assembly. Granted, they did have the complete alternator assembly, but more than 850 which is at least 10x the cost of the broken part, which is wasteful. I was hoping for the right genuine parts to get my wife back on the road quickly, and I felt unsupported. My wife still loves Volvos.
Patient and courteous they even helped bring the parts to my car, thank you guys!
I am still waiting for my car. I got here at 10 :30 am. It's 12:20 and no car
