Voss Toyota

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (6/5 Stars!) I cannot recommend Voss Toyota enough. After shopping around extensively contacting dealerships in Kentucky, Columbus, and visiting local competitors like Performance, Joseph, and Kings Toyota Voss proved to be in a league of their own. The Pre-Purchase Process My journey began a week ago with Ryan, the Internet Sales Manager. We communicated back and forth regarding a new 2026 bZ4X. Ryan was incredibly patient and transparent, working with me until we landed on a great deal. He even went the extra mile by sending me a signed deal sheet before I stepped foot in the building, which gave me total peace of mind. The On-Site Experience When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Ryan and introduced to Collins, my salesman. Collins is an absolute professional welcoming

Voss Toyota has serviced my Tacomas [plural] for many years. Glenn (one of the service advisers) is frickin' fantastic: Great attitude, constantly on the move, knows what he's talking about, does whatever he has to do to get his customer's vehicles in and out - - while while keeping the owners up to date on what is occurring at very step of the process. Every one of the employees in the service "intake area" are always welcoming and friendly - - a really great crew. Even my colorful, furry, Tacoma critters love visiting Voss Toyota! In fact, they love Voss so much, they just told me to buy another brand new Tacoma from Voss's showroom sales rep Joshua Kindle so we did! Thanks Joshua - you did a great job!

Josh was amazing to work with! So easy to talk to and personable. I almost always dread going into a dealer and he made it so easy. I also worry that I am going to be there for hours but he had me in and out in less than an hour. He is a huge asset to Voss and I love my new car.

I was lucky to have josh kindle handle my trade in on December 6. He did more for me over the phone than any dealer did in person. He sent me a video of the Rav, a clear breakdown of the cost and a convenient time to come in and see car. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable. I was walking out door in about 2 hrs with my new Rav 4, all paperwork done and new car even sprayed. Thank you for making this a great experience. Have a great 2026 Josh. 😊

I had the opportunity to work with Ryan. He made the whole experience fantastic. While I didn’t end up moving forward on the car, he was super polite and helpful during the entire negotiation process. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for an easy experience. I will certainly be coming back when it’s time for another car.
