VOSS is 5 STAR !!!!! We have bought an had all our maintenance done at VOSS for approx 40yrs. In November, I went to Voss used cars on Loop Road in Centerville to test drive a car that I found in their inventory online. I went to the dealership to test drive the car. The test drive went well until the about the last half mile that I drove the car. I started to hear a metallic knock when I turned the steering wheel both directions. I parked the car and spoke to the salesperson regarding the noise and had him listen to it. I was told that if "I would make a deal on the car, it would be fixed before I purchased it." I agreed. I made an appointment to go in the next day to complete the paperwork and purchase the car. I went in the next day to purchase the car and asked if the steering had been fixed.
