On the way out of town from Raleigh and wife’s breaks started squealing when we stopped to go to the bathroom. I called several places and Vrooomm was able to get me in right away. They were so nice and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very speedy with being able to give me an appointment and coming out promptly to help diagnose and fix my van. Turns out the alternator needed to be replaced and upon even deeper inspection there is some issues with the electrical they were able to find that caused my original alternator to die. So I was able to get a replacement and recommendation on what to do next as far ensuring I would not have another dead alternator. 10/10 recommendation, very fair prices, very kind, and on point communication through the whole process. Will definitely use them in the future when needed.

I have been to vrooomm auto repair a couple weeks back for a patch for my tire and took me right away and got it done very quickly. Today i noticed my oil was leaking and specifically Jose found the leak and went to every measure to make sure I was in the know about everything he was doing. Great affordable prices and the owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating! I absolutely would recommend Vrooomm for your auto repairs!!

The Vrooommm team is in a class all by themselves! From start to finish it was a stellar experience. Customer service was prompt, pleasant, and friendly. The auto repair technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car, made the repair and gave recommendations for forecasted issues. They are reliable, experienced and reasonably priced. They will be my first call from now on!!!!!!

Katherine provided great customer service and communication throughout this whole experience. I managed to book and appointment for same-day service within a couple of hours of my initial call. William, my mechanic, was very professional and gave my car a full tune-up, battery replacement and check engine diagnostic, which altogether was priced fairly. This is my first experience with a mobile mechanic and would highly recommend them. TY!
