My experience with Waamo was awful. I took my car in for transmission work and spark plugs, and in my personal opinion, they completely failed to fix the real problem. After spending a lot of money, my car ran exactly the same, maybe even worse, and it felt like they didn’t bother to check anything properly. To me, the service was sloppy and unprofessional. They showed zero care. The staff didn’t feel friendly or honest, and I left with the strong impression that they were more interested in getting paid than actually helping me. I walked out feeling frustrated, disappointed, and totally let down. They held my car for 2 weeks and I got nothing from it. Based on my experience, I would never go back to Waamo.

Great guys with great worth ethics. I do most of my car repairs and oil change at this place and they never disappoint me. They have prayer room and enough space for customers to wait.

Please do not take your vehicle to this shop. My car was towed to Waamo after a collision. It took them a month for them to “repair” (through my insurance) with little to no communication. Once I picked up the vehicle, I took it for a test drive and noticed something was dragging. It took them another week to repair that. I then took my vehicle to another repair shop for a check. After removing the bumper, the mechanics were shocked at the poor quality work done. Parts were broken and screwed on, pieces from other vehicles were used, the paint job wasn’t done correctly, and a water bottle was left in the hood. Although my insurance covered all their expenses, Waamo not only failed to repair the damages done to my vehicle but left it in faulty condition. This significantly decreased the val
