I wouldn’t trust a promise this dealership gives out. I had purchased a Chevy Colorado and on the test drive I noticed the running boards were loose so I brought it up and I was told that they would take care of it. Fast forward to today and I was just now told that there is nothing they can do about it. When I purchased my vehicle the ride home the engine light popped up but it was after hours on a Friday so no mechanic was there to assist so I brought it to Lexington park Chevy so they can diagnose it in the mean time. I was told by their sister branch that the dealership never changed the oil and it caused some issues due to that. Went here to see what vehicles they had and get an appraisal for a trade in. Not sure what they did to my car but it was barely running after they looked at it when it was running fine earlier that day. Convinced they purposely messed it up so they could make a sale that day. DO NOT leave them alone with your trade in.

My wife’s suburban was on its way out and Marlon made trading it in VERY easy. I was out the door in about 2.5 hours. Never felt any pressure to buy any upgrades or anything like that. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Waldorf Cadillac. My car has been in the shop three times just in June for the same front-end noise — and it’s still not fixed. I picked it up on a Thursday, and by Friday morning I was calling back because it was making the exact same noise I brought it in for. This car has been misdiagnosed multiple times. First it was “maybe the bushings,” then “maybe the wheel hub,” then “maybe the steering.” Now I’m told there’s nothing they can do to make the noise go away unless they take apart the entire steering and lube it — but that nothing is worn or broken. On 4/30/25, my wife and I purchased a Pre-owned certified $75,000 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV. A few days later, we discovered that the OnStar system was not working. I have returned the vehicle multiple times without the issue being resolved. I was told that a part needed to be ordered. Today, I tried calling the service department multiple times, and much to my surprise, no one answered the phone. I am very frustrated. One of my neighbors is interested in purchasing a Cadillac Escalade ESV and asked me if I would recommend this place. Take a guess as to how I answered that question 😠 😡
