Had my A/C recharge in my Buick, was very professional quick, and reasonably priced, and I did have an appointment. If they can't do the work, they will refer you to Blue Star which worked on my Benz for service A.

First time going and the customer service is wonderful… After the work they showed me the old parts without asking and that’s a MAJOR PLUS, I definitely going back in the future.I would give five stars but I want you all too see for yourself. Thanks Waldorf Service Center

I have had three vehicles serviced in this shop. Communication is very poor here. I used them mostly because of proximity to my home. Most recently, I needed to have one of the vehicles inspected. The woman who answers the phone made several false statements about why they wouldn't do it, that I continued to ask questions about. She was discussing it with a man next to her as she muffled the phone. Each time she gave a different reason (schedule, weight, weather, etc), so I felt like they were just making things up. As I was asking questions, she eventually just said, "Look, he's just going to pass. He's going to pass." What the heck?!? It's comes down to personal preference? The woman was very rude on the phone to me as a returning customer, which really offended me. She knew I was frustr

Great service, they keep you informed before making repairs. My new "go to" service center for all 3 of my vehicles.

This place is the BEST !! I called on a Wednesday morning to get a last minute inspection because of an issue with the MVA. I called and they were able to fit me in and I was able to go back to my morning very quickly. Thank you VERY much for your kindness and understanding. I look forward to coming back in the future !
