Waldorf Vehicle Emissions Testing Station

Whoever the Black woman was working on January 14th was extremely rude. "Roll your window down." I don't know who she thought she was speaking to that way, but I let her know that she needed to change her tone. People like her shouldn't work in jobs that require interaction with customers. However, the young Black man who processed my payment was very kind, so five stars for him.

The older man was extremely nice and helpful that completed my emissions test. But I cannot say the same for the manager on duty She was inpatient and lacked professionalism in talking with customers.

Quick process- took maybe 10 minutes. Forgot my paper but they used my registration (another option). Friendly staff.

So this process was really easy. I have done other test in other states that were a hassle. This kinda felt like I just need to give the state $30.

Guy just told me they don't take public trash in the garbage can . . . Next to the testing lane. . . Last visit the tech broke my push start button and said it was like that. . . The only reason they didn't get one star is because the gentlemen was respectful and courteous.
