Waldo's Used Tires & 24hr repair and roadside assistance

I was on a road trip with my daughter when my car battery gave out while I was driving. Thankfully, I coasted to a stop right in front of Waldo Tire and Truck Repair. I went inside and asked if there was anything they could do to help and without hesitation, the two gentlemen there jumped into action. They were among the kindest, most genuine people I’ve come across in a long time. Within 20 minutes, they had me back on the road. Knowing I was traveling alone with my daughter and still had a couple of hours to go, they handed me their card and said, “We’re not in the business of leaving people stranded. I had a roadside emergency on a Sunday when my driveshaft carrier bearing broke, and I was so relieved to find Waldo Tire & 24hr Mobil open when I needed them most. Jay and his partner were absolutely fantastic, respectful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got my truck back on the road within 1 hour. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Doesn’t show up when he says-not reliable at all. Late to diagnosis my car and was supposed to show up at 10am the next day to fix it it’s 2:30 and he still hasn’t shown up. Did send me $75 back for the part but he was supposed to already have the part clearly he didn’t. I paid $125 for him to diagnose my car and that is high compared to other quotes I got.
