Walker Bros Auto Repair

First of all, 5 stars is NOT enough! I have a 2011 Honda Pilot Ex. Both bank 1 and bank 2 catalytic converters were shot. My vehicle has 249,000 miles. I was told to take the vehicle to Genes Brake and Alignment to get the catalytic converters replaced. I went there, and Genes said he does not replace manifold catalytic converters. I was referred to Walker Brothers by my Sister-in-law. They quoted me almost $2,200. For two pain in the butt catalytic converters, that’s insanely cheap. I went to 5 star automotive for a quote, and the guy there said my vehicle has a California sticker, so it was “Honda” brand name cats. He said at least $5,000-$6,000. They are everything you want in an auto repair shop. They are friendly, reputable, efficient, and do not “talk down” to me as a woman who knows nothing about cars and their running parts. I am very happy with their service and feel confident when they are servicing my car that they will do it right. They are the BEST!

I’ve had my truck in here several times over the last couple years for different issues. They have been awesome in every regard- friendly people, fair prices, and they did a great job on my truck. Small shop and they’re busy but they still get the work done pretty fast. Extremely happy with this shop.

If I could give them a 10 star review I would. My husband and I broke down on the way to Medford from Portland area and one of the employees Jeff happened to be driving by and towed us to a nearby hotel. He called his shop and was able to get us in first thing next morning. All of the employees and boss were so nice and respectful. I would highly recommend coming here! Thank you guys SO so much for everything you did for us.

We have had two similar car issues that we took to them for two different cars. They are so honest and great to work with. We will recommend them to our friends and family and they have our business for sure!
