My wife and I are extremely appreciative of the service department. They kept us updated all through the process of fixing multiple issues our van had. They went out of their way to assist us. Great customer service !

Normally, I wouldn't do this, but when you feel threatened at a place of business, I want to warn others so they dont have to deal with it. I took my Jeep to Walker Cdjr, Hurricane Wv in Hurricane WV on Friday, June 20, 2025, and again on Monday, June 23, 2025. When I picked up my Jeep, I made a comment about them being a joke cause they didn't fix my Jeep nor could tell me where it was parked (short version). They service rep (bald man, didn't get a name) chased me through the parking lot cussing me and threatened to hit me while trying to find my Jeep. I caution anyone from going there if you have issues with your vehicle. My engine wire harness was broken, and they are trying to blame Dutch Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Dutch Miller did do some work for me back in May 2024. Walker

I won't go back. They lost my business several times over. Avoid this headache.
